The printing process introduces 7-color wide set printing printing machine of Gallus in Germany with the mechanical speed of 500m/min, featuring high speed, reliability and accuracy.  It adopts the registration system of Eltromat in Germany with the accuracy less than 0.2mm.

It has zero-speed splicing and unwinding device, and automatically rewinding device produced by Martin in the USA, online printing quality inspection device of ISRA in Germany, supported with the most advanced flat peak plate-making process in Flexo printing technology, which guarantees the higher quality of printed products than like products in the same industry. The max. speed of the press is 500 m/min.  It equipped DOYLY Web-cleaner, ELTROMAT auto registration system and ISRA  on-line defect inspection system. Laminating Machine 

The laminting process introduces the laminator of ER-WE-PA in Germany, which is recognized as the most advanced and reliable machine in the industry, which has 3 laminating stations, 5 extruding machines, full automatic splicing and unwinding/rewinding device and aluminum foil automatic unwinding device, full automatic leading edge-quiding and tension control system, flame treatment system, coating automatic inspection and control system, automatic mixing, weighing and supplying system. It also has online double-sides inspection device of ISRA in Germany which guarantees that any defect more than 1 square millimeters can be detected under high-speed running. The machenic speed of the machine is up to 600m/min and the production line features fast production speed, convenient operation and accurate control.
